A Night For Rodeo Family To Come Together

There are nights you dress up for fun…And then there are nights you dress up for something bigger than yourself. The 2026 Cowboys Helping Cowboys Charity Ball in the Fort Worth Stockyards at Tannahills Tavern & Music Hall on Friday, February 20, 2026 is one of those nights. If you have joined us for our signature charity ball event in recent years, you know we like to have a good time to raise money for great people who simply have had a few trials to navigate.

This annual western formal is more than a celebration it’s a powerful reminder of what makes the rodeo community different. When one of our own gets knocked down by injury or illness, we don’t turn our backs. We rally. We show up. We pray. We take care of each other. And we do it the cowboy way, by actions.

CHC & The Charity Ball Overview

Cowboys Helping Cowboys (CHC) Charity Events exists for one simple reason: to support rodeo athletes and rodeo families during times of financial hardship in the event of injury or illness.

Rodeo is tough. Injuries are simply a matter of when they will happen. Illnesses are unexpected. However, when these speed bumps happen for these athletes, they can turn life upside down in a hurry. The CHC Charity Ball is one of our annual signature events, helping us raise funds that give us the opportunity to provide that financial relief, resources, and hope when it’s needed most.

The Charity Ball began as a way to bring together:

• Rodeo athletes & families

• Western sports supporters

• Ranchers, stock contractors & sponsors

• Friends of the western lifestyle

• And anyone else who simply enjoys showing up for others
  

All under one roof at Tannahill's Tavern & Music Hall in the Stockyards, for one unforgettable night. Mark your calendars:

Western Fashion Goes Formal

We encourage guests to have fun with their fashion choices, dress to impress. The Charity Ball is where formal attire meets Western fashion. And with Western fashion comes the fringe, feathers, leather, glitz, and glam. It is all welcomed and encouraged! We hope to see those polished ostrich boots, felt cowboy hats , bold jackets, your favorite turquoise pieces, and anything else that can bring that formal Western aesthetic to the party! Come dressed to impress, ready to dance, celebrate, and represent the western way of life.
